3NUM NFTs and services are designed to never collect or store any sensitive information. 3NUM numbers and messages cannot be accessed by us or other third parties because they are always end-to-end encrypted, private, and secure. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are available below.

3NUM Inc. (“3NUM”) utilizes state-of-the-art blockchain-base security and end-to-end encryption to provide private 3NUM NFT to 3NUM NFT messaging. You agree to our Terms of Service (“Terms”) by installing or using our apps, services, or website (together, “Services”).
Minimum Age. You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. The minimum age to use our Services without parental approval may be higher in your home country.
Account Registration. To create an account you must register for our Services using your Ethereum wallet address. You agree to receive text messages in the course of our Services.
Privacy of user data. 3NUM does not sell, rent or monetize your personal data or content in any way – ever.
Software. In order to enable new features and enhanced functionality, you consent to downloading and installing updates to our Services.
Fees and Taxes. You are responsible for data and mobile carrier fees and taxes associated with the devices on which you use our Services.
Our Terms and Policies. You must use our Services according to our Terms and posted policies. If we disable your account for a violation of our Terms, you will not create another account without our permission.
Current Services. The services at launch include:
1) Secure 2-Factor Authentication (2FA). Use your wallet secured 3NUM number with our web application for secure 2FA.
2) SIM Swap prevention, Your 3NUM number is controlled by your wallet, which means it is impossible for the number to be SIM swapped. You can trust using your 3NUM Shield number in traditional insecure situations
3) Pseudonymous , no-dox messenger number. Your 3NUM Shield phone number is shielded and we will never collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data so you can trust using your 3NUM Shield's number pseudonymously.
4) Pursuant to current FCC guidelines, 3NUM grants perpetual usage of the +1 phone number linked to its respective 3NUM Shield OG Edition NFT to the controller of the 3NUM Shield OG Edition NFT for services defined by 3NUM.
Legal and Acceptable Use. You agree to use our Services only for legal, authorized, and acceptable purposes. You will not use (or assist others in using) our Services in ways that:
1) Violate or infringe the rights of 3NUM, our users, or others, including privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights;
2) Involve sending illegal or impermissible communications such as bulk messaging, auto-messaging, and auto-dialing.
You further agree to the following:
3) You are responsible for all use of our services under your account;
4) You will not attempt to spoof, social engineer or other misrepresent ownership and usage rights of a 3NUM NFT
5) You will not transfer, resell, or make available to third parties our services
6) You will prevent unauthorized access to or use of our services;
7) You will not transfer use or service of your 3NUM NFT to another user without transferring the 3NUM NFT to the wallet of that user;
8) You will use our services according to these terms, including our service and country specific terms, and any laws or regulations
9) You are responsible for all service usage activities associated with your 3NUM NFT
10) You will cooperate during legal information requests we receive relating to your use of our services; and
11) You will comply with your promises as defined in our Privacy Policy
Harm to 3NUM. You must not (or assist others to) access, use, modify, distribute, transfer, or exploit our Services in unauthorized manners, or in ways that harm 3NUM, our Services, or systems. For example you must not (a) gain or try to gain unauthorized access to our Services or systems; (b) disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services; (c) create accounts for our Services through unauthorized or automated means; (d) collect information about our users in any unauthorized manner; or (e) sell, rent, or charge for our Services.
Keeping Your Account Secure. 3NUM embraces privacy by design and does not have the ability to access your messages. You are responsible for keeping your device and your 3NUM account safe and secure. If you lose access to the wallet that controls your 3NUM, you will need to create a new 3NUM.
No Access to Emergency Services. Our Services do not provide access to emergency service providers like the police, fire department, hospitals, or other public safety organizations at this time. Make sure you can contact emergency service providers through a mobile, fixed-line telephone, or other service.
Third-party services. Our Services may allow you to access, use, or interact with third-party websites, apps, content, and other products and services. When you use third-party services, their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services. For example, When you use 3NUM Messenger for 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) you agree to receive messages from the service with whom you are authenticating.
Both the terms and fees you pay to us are either outlined as part of the NFT order website and/or wallet, or on our list of fees on our website or a 3rd party NFT affiliate website.
Purchase of an 3NUM NFT is irrevocable, except in the case of a number that is not accepted by the following third party platforms for 2-Factor Authentication (2FA): Telegram, Signal and WhatApp.
Your Rights. You own the information you submit through our Services. You must have the rights to your wallet and 3NUM NFT phone number you use to sign up for your 3NUM account and use our services.
3NUM’s Rights. We own all copyrights, trademarks, domains, logos, trade dress, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property rights associated with our Services. You may not use our copyrights, trademarks, domains, logos, trade dress, patents, and other intellectual property rights unless you have our written permission. To report copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement, please contact info@3NUM.co.
3NUM’s License to You. 3NUM grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use our Services in accordance with these Terms.
Disclaimers. YOU USE OUR SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK AND SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING DISCLAIMERS. WE PROVIDE OUR SERVICES ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FREEDOM FROM COMPUTER VIRUS OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE. 3NUM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY US IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR USEFUL, THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE OPERATIONAL, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR SAFE, OR THAT OUR SERVICES WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT DISRUPTIONS, DELAYS, OR IMPERFECTIONS. WE DO NOT CONTROL, AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR, CONTROLLING HOW OR WHEN OUR USERS USE OUR SERVICES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OR INFORMATION (INCLUDING CONTENT) OF OUR USERS OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES. YOU RELEASE US, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND AGENTS (TOGETHER, “3NUM PARTIES”) FROM ANY CLAIM, COMPLAINT, CAUSE OF ACTION, CONTROVERSY, OR DISPUTE (TOGETHER, “CLAIM”) AND DAMAGES, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, RELATING TO, ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY SUCH CLAIM YOU HAVE AGAINST ANY THIRD PARTIES.
Limitation of liability. THE 3NUM PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RELATING TO, ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY IN CONNECTION WITH OUR TERMS, US, OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF THE 3NUM PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY RELATING TO, ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY IN CONNECTION WITH OUR TERMS, US, OR OUR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN DAMAGES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. THE LAWS OF SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OR ALL OF THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS SET FORTH ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN OUR TERMS, IN SUCH CASES, THE LIABILITY OF THE 3NUM PARTIES WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Availability of Our Services. Our Services may be interrupted, including for maintenance, upgrades, or network or equipment failures. We may discontinue some or all of our Services, including certain features and the support for certain devices and platforms, at any time.
Resolving disputes. By accepting our Terms of Service you are agreeing to a mandatory binding arbitration provision where you agree to resolve any disputes about the terms before an arbitrator who decides the dispute instead of a court. You also may agree to waive other rights, such as your ability to appeal a decision or to join a class action lawsuit. Binding arbitration must take place in the state of Delaware.
You agree to resolve any Claim you have with us relating to or arising out of our Terms, us, or our Services exclusively in the United States District Court for the. You also agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating all such disputes. The laws of the State of California govern our Terms, as well as any disputes, whether in court or arbitration, which might arise between 3NUM and you, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Ending these Terms. You may end these Terms with 3NUM at any time by deleting 3NUM Messenger from your device, burning your 3NUM NFT and discontinuing use of our Services. We may modify, suspend, or terminate your access to or use of our Services anytime for any reason, such as if you violate the letter or spirit of our Terms or create harm, risk, or possible legal exposure for 3NUM. The following provisions will survive termination of your relationship with 3NUM: “Licenses,” “Disclaimers,” “Limitation of Liability,” “Resolving dispute,” “Availability” and “Ending these Terms,” and “General”.
3NUM may update the Terms from time to time. When we update our Terms, we will update the “Last Modified” date associated with the updated Terms. Your continued use of our Services confirms your acceptance of our updated Terms and supersedes any prior Terms. You will comply with all applicable export control and trade sanctions laws. Our Terms cover the entire agreement between you and 3NUM regarding our Services. If you do not agree with our Terms, you should stop using our Services.
If we fail to enforce any of our Terms, that does not mean we waive the right to enforce them. If any provision of the Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from our Terms and shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions. Our Services are not intended for distribution to or use in any country where such distribution or use would violate local law or would subject us to any regulations in another country. 3NUM utilizes state-of-the-art blockchain wallet security and end-to-end encryption to provide private messaging users worldwide (“Services”). When messaging from a 3NUM to another 3NUM, all messages encrypted. All messages between 3NUM Shields and the 3NUM gateway (and visa versa) are encrypted and are inaccessible. When sending a message over the SMS network via the 3NUM gateway service, these messages are not able to be encrypted while in transit (but are encrypted at rest) and can be viewable by 3rd party services. We recommend always prioritizing 3NUM messaging so you can trust your messages are being sent and received in the most secure way possible.
Account Information. You register a wallet address when you mint a 3NUM NFT phone number. This 3NUM NFT acts as your account identifier.
Additional technical information is stored on our servers, including randomly generated authentication tokens, keys, push tokens, and other material that is necessary to establish calls and transmit messages. 3NUM limits this additional technical information to the minimum required to operate the Services. 3NUM does not directly collect IP addresses. 3rd party tooling solutions used by 3NUM can track IP addresses.
User Support. If you contact 3NUM User Support directly, any personal data you may share with us is kept only for the purposes of researching the issue and contacting you about your case.
Opening a support ticket on our Discord server means that the data will be logged by Discord, the third party Discord plugin support ticket developer (Ticket Tool), and 3NUM, for the purpose of addressing the support request. For this 3rd party data usage associated with support tickets, please see the Discord and Ticket Tool data usage policies.
Managing your information. You can manage your personal information in 3NUM’s application Settings.
Third Parties. Our goal is to collect as little user data as possible. That said, we work with third parties to provide some of our Services. These providers are bound by their Privacy Policies to safeguard that information. If you use other Third-Party Services like YouTube, Spotify, Giphy, etc. in connection with our Services, their Terms and Privacy Policies govern your use of those services.
Other instances where 3NUM may need to share your data
- To meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
- To enforce applicable Terms, including investigation of potential violations.
- To detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues.
- To protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of 3NUM, our users, or the public as required or permitted by law.
Updates. We will update this privacy policy as needed so that it is current, accurate, and as clear as possible. Your continued use of our Services confirms your acceptance of our updated Privacy Policy.

i. You Own the NFT. Each 3NUM Shield is an NFT on the Ethereum blockchain. When you purchase an NFT, you own the 3NUM Shield, the Art, completely. Ownership of the NFT is dictated by controlling the wallet that controls the NFT. Pursuant to current FCC guidelines, 3NUM grants perpetual usage of the +1 phone number linked to its respective 3NUM Shield OG Edition NFT to the controller of the 3NUM Shield OG Edition NFT for services defined by 3NUM.
ii. Personal Use. Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, 3NUM Inc. grants you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art, along with any extensions that you choose to create or use, solely for the following purposes: (i) for your own personal, non-commercial use; (ii) as part of a marketplace that permits the purchase and sale of your 3NUM Shield / NFT, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each 3NUM Shield owner’s rights to display the Art for their 3NUM Shield to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art; or (iii) as part of a third party website or application that permits the inclusion, involvement, or participation of your 3NUM Shield, provided that the website/application cryptographically verifies each 3NUM Shield owner’s rights to display the Art for their 3NUM Shield to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art, and provided that the Art is no longer visible once the owner of the 3NUM Shield leaves the website/application.
iii. Commercial Use. Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, 3NUM Inc. grants you an unlimited, worldwide license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art for the purpose of creating derivative works based upon the Art (“Commercial Use”). Examples of such Commercial Use would e.g. be the use of the Art to produce and sell merchandise products (T-Shirts etc.) displaying copies of the Art. For the sake of clarity, nothing in this Section will be deemed to restrict you from (i) owning or operating a marketplace that permits the use and sale of 3NUM Shields generally, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each 3NUM Shield owner’s rights to display the Art for their 3NUM Shield to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art; (ii) owning or operating a third party website or application that permits the inclusion, involvement, or participation of 3NUM Shields generally, provided that the third party website or application cryptographically verifies each 3NUM Shield owner’s rights to display the Art for their3NUM Shield to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art, and provided that the Art is no longer visible once the owner of the Purchased 3NUM Shield leaves the website/application; or (iii) earning revenue from any of the foregoing.
